The asana will also increase blood circulation and build up the energy that you lost during pregnancy.

To perform the shavasana to lose pregnancy weight, lie on your back with your feet slightly apart. Put your hands at the side with palms facing upwards and curl your fingers. Close your eyes. Then you have to inhale deeply and hold it. Flex you leg and arm muscles, clench your jaws and fists, tighten your buttocks and abdomen and curl your toes. After a few seconds, exhale and let your body relax. Release all the tension from your body.  Soften every muscle of your body and hold the position as long as you can. Start coming back by wiggling your toes and fingers. Bring your knees near your chest, wrap your hands around them and squeeze. Roll on your right with your knees against your chest. Using your right elbow come to an upright position. This pregnant yoga asana will help you to get back your slimmer self.
